Due to the high-intensity level, our method of 1-on-1 personal training helps achieve maximum fitness benefits from two to three, 30-minute sessions per week. High-intensity training is scientifically proven to burn more calories during and after exercise.

You’ll see real results in a fraction of the time. Each 30-minute session at our fitness center is the equivalent of an hour workout when compared to other exercise methods.

1-on-1 Personal Training That’s Safe and Effective

Slow-motion strength training works the muscle 100% of the time without joint impact or strains to ligaments, tendons and connective tissue. Slowing the lifting speed makes this method of exercise more challenging, but also safer and more productive than conventional strength training. High-Intensity. Low Impact. Major Results.

Reduced Sweat Workout in our Clinically Controlled Environment

Thanks to our clinically-controlled gym environment, clients love that they can workout in their work clothes. We keep you cool while working hard with a room temperature maintained between 55-62 degrees in a private, spacious and distraction-free environment. Truly Personal Experience That's Socially Distanced and Sanitized

Clients are trained in a 3,000 square foot facility that has no more than 4 -6 people on location at a time.  Clients safely exercise in a sanitized, physically distanced facility, while getting personalized attention focused on achieving customized fitness goals.

Our support starts with your Bod Pod Body Composition test. We will continue to track your progress with the Bod Pod, which is a complimentary service for personal training clients. Achieving results is all about accountability and that’s why it’s important to get measurable results from the gold standard in body composition testing, the Bod Pod.
