Adam N. Sears, Founder and Personal Trainer
Adam graduated from Ohio University in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and continued there to received a Masters of Science in Recreation and Sport Sciences with a concentration on Athletic Administration. Adam has worked as the Coordinator of Health & Wellness for Verizon and the Director of Fitness for Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club before taking on his current responsibilities at One More Rep. He is certified as both a personal trainer, spinning instructor and soccer referee. Adam has approximately 44,000 hours of personal training experience.
Tim Smith, Personal Trainer
Tim is a 2012 graduate from the University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Tim started at One More Rep in 2014 and is also in charge of our Cardio Classes. Tim started strength training while he played football and wrestled in high school. Nowadays, Tim is an avid basketball player and plays regularly. Tim has approximately 16,000 hours of personal training experience.
Josh Wooddell, Personal Trainer
Josh is currently a junior pre-medical student at The Ohio State University majoring in neuroscience. He received his personal training certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association and has been a personal trainer at One More Rep since 2021. The workouts he designs are a combination of calisthenics, functional movements and machine work. If he could only do one exercise for the rest of his life, it would be push-ups. Naturally, many of the workouts he does and designs contain a pretty good amount of push-ups. Fun fitness fact: Josh has completed the Murph Challenge 5 times!
