Adam Sears, Founder and Personal Trainer
Adam graduated from Ohio University in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and continued there to received a Masters of Science in Recreation and Sport Sciences with a concentration on Athletic Administration. Adam has worked as the Coordinator of Health & Wellness for Verizon and the Director of Fitness for Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club before founding One More Rep in 2007. He is certified as both a Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor and Soccer Referee. Adam has approximately 44,000 hours of personal training experience.

Tim Smith, Personal Trainer
Tim is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and joined One More Rep in 2014. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Tim started strength training while he played football and wrestling. Nowadays, Tim is an avid basketball player and also coaches high school wrestling. He also makes the most delicious protein pies and is very happy to share his recipe for this healthy, sweet treat. Tim has approximately 21,000 hours of personal training experience.

Julie Sears, Personal Trainer
Julie graduated in 2003 from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Sciences and
is working towards becoming a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She joined One More Rep in 2024. After a personal success story of losing 55lbs through exercise and a
healthy diet, Julie realized the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle to ensure she is around to
see her four kids grow up. She is passionate about helping others reach their health goals through one-
on-one instruction.

Noah Sprowls, Personal Trainer
Noah is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and is a recent graduate from Otterbein University. While at Otterbein, he achieved a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, and simultaneously was an integral part of their baseball program for four seasons. With an extensive background in exercise and athletics, Noah has effectively worked with a wide variety of clientele and has assembled successful programs stemming from their specific goals and interests. Noah’s driving passion for fitness and wellness- coupled with the private atmosphere of One More Rep, makes for a perfect combination for those looking for accountability and motivation as they begin their fitness journey.

Grayson Matthews, Personal Trainer
Grayson graduated from East Carolina University in May 2025 with a bachelors degree in music performance. In early August 2025, he completed his National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification and joined One More Rep a few weeks later. Throughout college, Grayson developed a passion for strength training and hopes to pass that same passion on to others.

Laura Esposito, Personal Trainer
Laura graduated from Xavier University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts focusing on Media and Marketing. She is working on becoming a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. Laura was introduced to strength training while she was a college cheerleader. Today, you can find her running, working out at the gym, playing pickleball, or doing pilates. She has always wanted to pursue a career in fitness, so when this opportunity came along, she jumped at the chance to join the team at One More Rep. She is excited to help others reach their fitness goals.

Josh Wooddell, Personal Trainer
Josh received his personal training certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association and has been a Personal Trainer at One More Rep since 2021. With a degree in neuroscience from The Ohio State University, the workouts he designs are a combination of calisthenics, functional movements and machine work. If he could only do one exercise for the rest of his life, it would be push-ups. Naturally, many of the workouts he designs contain a pretty good amount of push-ups. Fun fitness fact: Josh has completed the Murph Challenge 5 times!
